This weight bench that holds standard (5') and mid size (6') barbells comes with an 80lb. vinyl coated weight set. (Set includes: one-piece standard size weight bar, 2 standard spring retaining clips, 2 x 25lb. weight plates and 2 x 15lb. weight plates.) The 1.25" x 1.25" heavy duty steel tube frame has a durable powder coat finish designed to withstand years of bench pressing. Weight bench exercises help to strengthen upper and lower body muscle groups, burn calories, lose weight, tone and define muscles, and increase overall strength and stamina.
